Matthew Larson is a full-time real estate investor with over 14 years of experience.

Originally from the Quad Cities, a medium-sized metropolitan area on the Iowa/Illinois border, his business now spans across most of the Midwestern United States. Starting his working career as a low paid machinist who supplied parts to companies like John Deere, he has transformed into an internationally renowned authority on investment real estate with over 4000 completed real estate transactions under his belt.

He currently owns over 200 rental properties in his portfolio and is a veteran of turnkey real estate. Matt has a unique and in-depth understanding of investing and property management through his trials and errors over time. He has completed over 1000 fix and flips, dozens of lease options and thousands of wholesale deals. In addition to his vast experience in single family homes, he has also purchase dozens of commercial and apartment buildings.

Leon Brady, a St. Louis native grew up in rough and humbling beginnings. With the passion to learn business, with examples from active men in his family, Leon started his own lawn care business at the age of 10 years old. As a young boy, has always had the knack for business. Leon at a very young age drafted his first contract with his grandfather for funding to buy his first lawn mower. He was taught that a man works for what he wants.

After high school Leon went on to try college but would end up joining the United States Army at the age of 21. While in the army Leon would continue his business ventures creating an AC unit business for soldiers living in the barracks with no AC. While establishing relationships that would further help his businesses grow, he knew he was a businessman as well as a leader.

After getting out of the army at the age of 25, Leon went on to start Global Renovations LLC. in Texas, which now has over 28 employees.

In 2018 Leon would also go on to obtain his real estate license, where he excelled with high sales volume. In addition, within the last 6 months Leon went further creating Global Transportations, which now has 2 Semi trucks and a 26 foot box truck. Leon has just begun and with his perseverance he will continue to grow and be an example to those around him. He knows that it's the process that he loves and the process is what makes him successful in all his endeavors.

Jay Wischum was born & raised in Philadelphia and despite living in New Jersey, Chicago, Atlanta & Virginia, he remains a diehard Philadelphia sports fan.

Jay has been working continuously since he was 10 ½ years old when he started a paper route, winning a trip to Disney World in 1973 for selling new subscriptions. The work ethic he inherited from his parent's has been the central theme in the success he enjoyed throughout his working life, from papers to exterminating, to installing antenna's, to a short stint in a State farm agency to MetLife and eventually as a scratch Allstate agency owner and eventually as an Allstate leader.

Jay is married to his high school sweetheart, has three successful children and 3 grandsons with another on the way in December.

Keefe G. Duterte is a husband of 16 years and a father to 3 children. In 2017 Keefe sold his Mega agency in Texas so he could spend more time with his family in WV. He started a small scratch agency in WV at the end of 2017. In less than 3 years he has built a Mega agency with 4 locations and over $11 M in premium.

Keefe Duterte is the co-founder of Agency Sales Academy and has authored a book series titled "It's not how you start, It's how you finish"
