Often when we think about Affirmations, we think of the spiritual, maybe 'law of attraction' practice, of reading statements on paper.
Perhaps you prefer the term mantra or positive empowerment. Regardless of how spiritual, disciplined or centered you believe you are, the truth is, that you are saying Affirmations DAILY.
The issue is most people don't realize that affirmations are simply terms that affirm the person we already are or are choosing to become.
For some of us, we have chosen to consciously deliver positive reinforcement on the regular. However, for MANY people, these affirmations simply consist of negative self-talk, and self-doubt, that we have let ruminate in our minds.
It is time to restructure how we talk/think about ourselves and create an environment designed to benefit us rather than hinder our progress.
