  • Audio 15 — Why You Entered the Woods

Why did you begin trading in the first place? In this session, you’ll return to the beginning of your trading journey and explore what you believed trading would make possible—the freedom, security, opportunity, identity, or change you hoped it would create.

You’ll also consider how your reasons may have evolved as you’ve grown. This isn’t about finding the “right” reason to trade. It’s about reconnecting with why you entered these woods, what still matters to you, and what you want trading to support in your life now.

  • Audio 14 -The Woman Comes With You

Before we step onto the trading trail, we pause at the campfire to bring everything from Part One together. In this session, you’ll reflect on the woman you’ve been getting to know—her strengths, desires, fears, energy, history, relationship with money, boundaries, dreams, and hard-won wisdom.

Because when you became a trader, none of those parts of you disappeared. The whole woman came with you. This audio is the bridge between your life and your trading journey, preparing you to explore how who you are shapes the trader you’re becoming.

  • Audio 13 Money with Meaning

Money is practical, but it’s also deeply emotional. In this session, you’ll explore the beliefs, feelings, expectations, and responsibilities you’ve attached to money—and begin asking what you actually want money to do in your life.

You’ll look at how you earn, spend, save, receive, invest, and think about money, while separating what money can genuinely provide from what we sometimes ask it to prove or repair. This is about creating a more intentional relationship with money and connecting financial success to the life, choices, freedom, and meaning you want it to support.

  • Audio 12 No thank you. Yes, This

Every yes costs something—time, energy, attention, money, or emotional capacity. In this session, you’ll take an honest look at what is no longer working, what you may have outgrown, and where responsibility has turned into overextension, obligation, or unnecessary pressure.

You’ll begin creating your own stop-doing list, identifying what you’re ready to reduce, renegotiate, delegate, or release. Because sometimes moving toward what matters isn’t about adding more—it’s about having the courage to say no thank you to what no longer belongs, so you can make room for what does.

  • Audio 11 Fear at the Edge of the Trail

Fear isn’t always a sign that you’re on the wrong path. Sometimes it’s warning you about real risk. Sometimes it’s asking for preparation or support. And sometimes it’s an old experience trying to protect you from something new. In this session, you’ll slow down and examine what your fear is actually trying to tell you.

Rather than trying to eliminate fear, you’ll learn to separate fear from fact, courage from recklessness, and protection from avoidance—so you can decide what deserves your attention and what no longer deserves authority over your choices.

  • Audio 10 Dreams Worth Carrying

Not every dream is meant to become a plan, and not every dream we once carried still belongs to us. In this session, you’ll explore the dreams that still call to you and look beneath them to understand what you’re really longing for—freedom, safety, creativity, meaning, adventure, connection, rest, or something else entirely.

You’ll begin separating the dreams that energize you from those you may have inherited, outgrown, or used to prove something. This is about giving yourself permission to want deeply, change your mind, and decide which dreams are truly worth carrying forward.

  • Audio 09 Your Record of Becoming

We’re often much better at remembering our mistakes than recognizing how much we’ve accomplished. In this session, you’ll intentionally look back at the life you’ve already built—the things you’ve learned, created, survived, changed, led, repaired, risked, and begun again.

This isn’t about creating a résumé or proving your worth. It’s about interrupting the habit of minimizing your growth and creating a record of your becoming—evidence of the woman you already are and everything it took to get here.

  • Audio 08 The Terrain that Changed You

Some experiences change us in ways we never would have chosen. In this session, we look at the difficult terrain—losses, failures, relationships, setbacks, mistakes, and seasons that challenged who you believed yourself to be. Rather than romanticizing what happened, you’ll explore what it revealed, what changed afterward, and the strengths, boundaries, or wisdom you developed along the way.

You don’t have to carry the entire pain to carry the lesson. This is about recognizing how difficult terrain shaped you—and deciding what is worth taking with you.

  • Audio 07 The Burning Questions

Some questions aren’t meant to be answered quickly. They’re meant to open something up. In this session, you’ll explore questions around identity, strengths, aliveness, friction, recognition, money, and desire—paying attention to the answers you may normally edit, minimize, or avoid.

You don’t need certainty here. The goal is to get curious, listen closely, and notice what keeps asking for your attention.

  • Adio 06 Your Inner Compass

What if the goals you’re chasing are really requests for how you want to feel? In this session, we look beneath the money, milestones, recognition, freedom, and achievement to uncover the emotional experiences you’re actually seeking. You’ll identify your core Compass Feelings and explore how they can help guide your choices, boundaries, goals, and everyday life.

This isn’t about feeling good all the time. It’s about understanding how you want your life to feel—and using that knowledge to help you decide where you want to go.
