Traumatic and challenging life events can throw our focus off course. In this episode I share how I dealt with recent events in our life that have left me with a heavy heart and feeling drained, in order to remain true to my goals. 

I can't focus on the long range goals, but I can work on the small steps that create progress.  I share things I do daily to keep me moving, when I don't feel like I can.
