Back from a short nap, The Summit Podcast rolls on. This week we connected with Matt Blood from Cumberland, Rhode Island. Matt owns and operates Paragon Tile Installations going full-time with his business in February after stepping away from a 15 year firefighting career. Matt was a great interview and he shared a lot about the career transition as well as the physical transformation he made in the process.
Negativity gets you nowhere. Set the tone, control the narrative and start believing in yourself!
Are you working at improving lots of things? Try starting with the small stuff. Grab 1%, and then grab another 1%. You might be surprised at the results over time. 👊
Checking in with you guys. Where are you AT? Are you where you want to be? Does your cup runneth over? 🙂
The Summit Podcast is pleased to bring you James Miller this week. James is an entrepreneur. He operates Valiant Home Additions in Northwest Arkansas. He also, together with his wife, Stephanie, owns and operates You University. James has worked hard to build a successful general contracting company in Northwest Arkansas. In the process, he has worked tirelessly on himself, shedding limiting beliefs, and generational trauma. He is proud to have climbed out of debt and preserved many relationships that may have gone by the wayside had he not recognized the need to look inward. I was looking forward to this podcast because there are a lot of parallels with James and me. We are both contractors and we both like to help people. I hope you enjoy this conversation about all of that. Check out The Valiant Home Additions website at http://valiantnwa.com.
Resilience is not merely the ability to bounce back from adversity; it is the transformative power within us to rise stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever. It is the unwavering belief that setbacks are not the end of our story, but stepping stones to our greatness and self discovery. As a Resilience and Transformation Specialist, I combine my personal life experiences and over 15 years of growth and development coaching, with proven transformational tools and techniques to empower individuals to break free from limiting beliefs, cultivate resilience, and transform their lives from within. My unique journey, which encompassed, overcoming trauma, addiction, depression, and cancer, has shown me first hand the transformative power of resilience. It helped turn my failures into successes, near death experience into living life fully, and suicidal ideation to spiritual healing and self-love. Because of these experiences, I've developed a genuine desire to help guide others through their own unique journeys, helping them navigate through obstacles, heal emotional wounds, and unlock their full potential.
