This is a heartfelt episode where I’m shedding 2025 and reflecting on the biggest lessons from the past year. It’s been a year of deep transformation, both through travel and inner growth.

I share stories from the places that made this year starting with volunteering at a yoga retreat in Maui, spending two months living and working in the wilderness of Glacier National Park in Montana, celebrating my brother’s wedding in Oahu, swimming with dolphins in the Red Sea, and visiting ancient Egypt. Each experience taught me something meaningful along the way.

I also open up about the emotional side of this year friendship breakups, learning to speak my truth in conflict, and slowing down to truly process and integrate it all. This episode is shared authentically and vulnerably with my Sun Space Tribe.
