Whats going onnnn "The Sunday Brunch fam", Hope all is well, sorry its been forever, but this weeks ep is about just an update about whats been going on with me.

What has happened to customer service? join me this week as I discuss my issues with customer service and why I feel customer service has definitely gone down the drain. And hasn't gotten any better even when you pay money for certain services or products.
