As the title suggests, it is all change but no change. 90% of what they do remains the same. The strong ethics and culture of the business and the way the client is the absolute priority in everything that is the same. This will just fine tune things and create an even greater marketing presence for client's properties as well.

Adrian hands the hosting duties over to Candice as she explores the reasons why clients have instructed us to buy a property for them. 

Not every property is on market or on the property portals. Having someone with local knowledge, property experience and who is looking after your interests and negotiating for you as the buyer are very compelling reasons.

Adrian chats with Claire Farley from Nichecom who do all the photography for him, on why a professional photographer is so important. Iphones have amazing cameras but they are still not to the same level as those used by a professional, chosen specifically for taking property photos. 

And even if a keen estate agent was given the very best equipment, it does not turn them into a photographer. Adrian could be given Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes F1 car but it doesn't turn him into a Grand Prix driver.

They chat further about the range of videos to capture interest from different buyers, the use of drones, extension poles and what impact AI will have on a creative industry.
