No. It’s not a joke. This is REAL.

After three years and careful consideration in the past months, I have decided to end the show formerly known as The Sunflower Garden Podcast. Please know that this was not the easiest decision to make.

This started out as an outlet for me to encourage myself and others of things we NEEDED to hear. We talked about everything from comparison of others, legacies we want to leave behind, how love is more than a four letter word, generations of past, present and future; and so much more! But as the years went by, I felt a shift in my attitude towards this show. And I realized it’s because I said everything I needed to say.

I want to thank God for giving me this chance to express myself in a way I never thought I could and would do. I want to thank Spotify for Creators (real ones know her as Anchor) for giving us a platform to create and not wait for people to give us a chance. I want to thank my beautiful friends for coming on the line, making the topics even better with your insights: Sienna, Trinity, Jalil, Adolphus, Shamore, Malik and my beautiful Mama Sunflower.

But most importantly, I want to thank YOU. For following this show since the very beginning (or the end) I thank you for entrusting me with your ears to tell you things I needed to hear when I was younger and may everything I ever said on this show resonate with you.

The show will still be available for listening ears whenever you need encouragement on a certain subject. And if you didn’t get nothing else from this entire show’s run, the most important thing I need you to know is: EVERYTHING STARTS WITH YOU.

It’s been fun being your beautiful, gracious, talented, amazing, loving host! The Sunflowers Have Grown, but you will always be welcomed in The Garden.
