Concentrate all your thoughts on the work at hand, the sun's rays don't burn until brought to a focus. In the last couple of days leading to the drop of this episode, I've been steadily educating and practicing focusing through distractions, even the ones that present themselves as important and urgent but with no productive result attached to them.
