I cannot believe we've hit almost 100 episodes and are moving into our third year of podcasting!
I first started this podcast because I saw a need -- a need for more women's voices on the podcasting scene. Three years later, there are so many podcasts to choose from that do similar work to what I do -- highlighting the work, advice and stories from extraordinary women, which is amazing! And I'm so delighted to be a part of this movement to putting more women the spotlight.
This year, I'm compelled to change things up a bit. You see, I do this for the love of it. I don't check my stats very often and frankly I don't care because I just love recording these conversations with incredible women from around the world and sharing them with you. It's truly one of the highlights of my work -- learning and connecting with extraordinary, badass, superwomen.
This year, I'm inspired by longer conversations and having deeper discussions into the themes that arise for women in leadership, professional devlopmement, entrepreneurship and creative work.
I've already recorded several episodes that I'm excited to share with you -- episodes that are 1-3 hours long with new and returning guests. In these conversations we're going to dive deep and have less of an interview and more of an exploration on ideas, topics and themes that arise.
My hope is that you will learn by witnessing what transformation looks like in conversation, how insights can spontaneously arise through conversation and collaboration, and the power of curiosity to drive creativity. I want you to feel inspired to expand yourself beyond your current limitations, to see what is possible if you are present, aware and curious, to learn what you are capable of when you invite in more play, laughter, creativity and joy into your work.
I hope you enjoy witnessing this new format unfold over the coming year and that it helps you grow into a more powerful, capable, creative, and unstoppable you.
