In the wake of this morning’s breaking news, today we speak with professors Tiffany Green and Howard Schweber to break down the latest Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade and other trends we’re seeing with this conservative court.

Tiffany Green is assistant professor in the Department of Population Health Sciences and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Howard Schweber is a professor of political science and legal studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is the author of several books including The Creation of American Common Law (Cambridge University Press, 2004) and The Language of Liberal Constitutionalism (Cambridge University Press, 2007).
