Today its Friday so it’s time for expert council show. To ask a question for a show like this, just send an email to me at jack at thesurvivalpodcast.com with “TSPC Expert” in the subject line.

Today the expert council answers questions on cars, home school, comfrey, L.E.D. head lamps, bees, medicine, diet, business and more.

In the body of your email first tell me the council member your question is for. Second ask your question concisely in one to two sentences maximum. Third any and all details after that. This is the formula to give you the best chance of getting on the air.

Pat Watson, has served as an active duty military member in the Coast Guard for over 8 years completing several overseas deployments for missions including anti-piracy off the coast of Somalia, Counter-Narcotics patrols in the Caribbean and Pacific theaters, as well as domestic Coast Guard deployments. He is currently a local Law Enforcement Officer in Florida and is constantly training and learning new skill sets to bring to his profession and to use for on and off duty survival.

Pat has decided to take the step towards income freedom and is in the beginning stages of building his website and a community of preparedness minded individuals. The topics he writes about and teaches include tools, tactics, leadership, suggested reading, tactical lock picking, and more, related to taking lessons learned from the military and law enforcement and utilizing them in said fields or in your preparedness lifestyle.

A TSPC listener since the beginning struggling as an anarchist in two government jobs, taking what he has learned to better the law enforcement and military culture and to inform Citizens about how their government operates and what they can learn from it.

TweetToday we are doing something we have not done in a while, a truly listener generated show.  Where the community comes together to tell stories of how they accomplished something, saved money or say in this case got out of a jam.

Recently a buddy got stranded on the far side of BFE (Bum F’d Egypt) with a dead battery and used a great solution to get home.  (tune in to hear about it)  This made me remember a few of my own and an idea came up, with a community of this many people surely there are many such stories.

So if we share them we take all that collectively gained knowledge and spread it across the community.  Over time it will likely save time, inconvenience, money and possibly even lives.
