In this episode I had the privilege of learning about lotus birth from my new found sister Jessi'Ka (also known as rawthenticjess on Instagram)! She shares her experience of keeping her placenta from the recent birth of her baby. We also had a fun chat about detoxes - what we Jamaicans call "wash out".
