In this episode I discuss how negative feelings can subside, come and go and don't always stay. I learned that I have to stay hopeful and prayed up so these kids of mine get a chance to smile and be happy while they work thru and heal from their trauma. Not to make it all about me but I think we all have trauma we have and need to work thru.

My youngest son is a sad soul and won't seek help. He's just content feeling and acting like an asshole. His coping skills are zero, and it's really wearing me down. I really want better for him. I want what's best for him but right now he's really acting like a hopeless case and today just isn't the day for it. It's Christmas Day for God's sake. Christmas Day. Sigh. Smh.
