Listen Later

In this episode, we’ll have a continuation of our conversation with Jonathan Bates. If you’ve listened to our first episode, you’ll know that Jonathan is an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer in the US Navy.
He took us on how his daily tasks look like; how he secures areas with threats to help the vulnerable. Now, he lets us into the system of eliminating fear, so people can advance towards their goals.
Jonathan relates his responsibility of disarming a bomb to how we live our daily lives. Just like in a business setting affected by the current global issue, business owners need to observe, evaluate, decide and take action on how they can use the pandemic to their advantage.
He believes that we as humans are capable of adapting to whatever life presents to us, but we have to start with getting rid of our fears. In order for us to move forward, it’s crucial to recognize that we are responsible for every decision and action we take.
