At 17 years old when he dropped out of high school, you maybe wouldn't have guessed that in the future that Phil Kornachuk would be world class at teaching leadership! Out of high school, Phil joined the Canadian Army, then he joined the U.S. Army and became an officer, then a Ranger, then a Green Beret, and then another classified special operations group. After 12 deployments, some of his accolades are Silver Star(3rd highest award for Valor in combat), Army Commendation Medal with "V" for valor under fire, Bronze Star x5, Meritorious Service Medal, Ranger School, Special Forces School, and more... Not only is that impressive, but he also has a large family of 7 kids, and his wife Tana! He doesn't credit much of his leadership skills to himself, but rather to the people who he had around him that saw potential in him and helped him forge that into fruition. Now that he is retired from the military he runs a company called StoneWater training where they partner with values based leaders to enhance their impact. Joking aside, they went through a battle that we wouldn't wish upon our worst enemy when their second son Cash Hyde was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer at only 8 months old. In this episode, we will hear about the battle with cancer, losing everything, and how Cashy's legacy is now a cancer foundation that helps other kid's here in Montana with terminal illnesses. With some major perseverance, and being purposeful in his business. Mike Hyde, is continuing to build the "Cash Hyde Foundation" and equip real estate agents with the knowledge, and systems needed to fund their "big why" all throughout the country.

How do you "accidentally" become a fitness influencer? Brandon Clark is a 22 year old who fell in love with weight lifting when he was 14 in high school. He learned through trial and error, and eventually figured out how to naturally build and sculpt a physique that most only dream of.

Just before the world went into lockdown in 2020, Brandon had bought gym equipment to have in his garage at home. The timing was perfect for him to get that, as soon enough the gyms were closed. He saw his sister's using an app call "Tik-Tok" and figured he would check it out. Much to his surprise, there was not really any creators in the fitness space using the app. Brandon saw the opportunity to inspire people to remain active even in lockdown and started making content!

Fast forward to today, and Brandon has won body building competitions, is coaching other's towards their fitness goals, sponsored by companies such as Ryse Supplements, YoungLA, Holstrength, and Flex-Pro meals.

Bret Rasmussen is a farmer from southern Idaho. In 1968, a snowmobile could hardly make it across a field. Fast forward to today, and snowmobiles can access virtually any terrain in the backcountry no matter the slope, or snow conditions.

Bret played a large part in the progression of the sport in both the mechanical aspect, as well as the riding technique's that are used today in snowmobile riding. You'll hear the story of Bret's innovation in the sport, and how he went to teach other's the riding techniques to better control the machines, and how to stay safe in the backcountry from avalanches while doing it. "The only avalanche professionals are the dead ones"

At the end of the day, Bret and Taylor want people to have fun and stay safe in the backcountry with the sport they love most. This conversation is one Taylor could've only dreamed of when he was growing up and driving from the flatlands of South Dakota to the mountain riding terrain of The Rocky Mountains. He hopes that other's can enjoy it during the long winter drive out West as he did for so many years.
