In our culture today, being single is perceived as a punishment, as less of a gift than being married. Pastor Isaac leads a reflection on how singleness is just as unique to God as marriage, along with advice on how to enjoy your time as a single person, not taking for granted this God-given gift.

Continuing our reading of 1 Corinthians, Pastor Doug Hankins leads a reflection on the unhealthy relationships that we build by associating with people for our self-validation. He calls this "Idolatry of Self." But God has something different to tell us about who we are and who we should put our expectations on.

In the first episode of our series, Messy Church, Pastor Isaac leads a reflection on 1 Corinthians, pointing out the things that create messiness and division in the church. Apostle Paul knew back then what we know now: Christians who choose to live in the flesh, that is, in a spiritually immature way, cause division and hurt in the church body.

We start the series "Messy Church" by observing how Paul advised the church in Corinth to find wisdom–One that we can live by. By applying the wisdom of God, we move forward from the messy "me" centered living to the Christ-driven life.

When things don't go our way in life, the dissatisfaction will often leave us wishing for whatever comes next. But is happiness always just in the future, one step away? How can we experience happiness right now, during a hard time? This is the reflection that Pastor Isaac teaches in the last message of our series, "Help!"

As followers of Christ, we have the opportunity to find community with others, but also the responsibility to be the ones who build a place of belonging, of inclusion and invitation. Pastor Korey Deck invites us to reflect on transforming the "about me" to "about us," and transforming the world around us into a world of love and belonging.

God meets our needs: Including our physical needs. Food, safety, shelter. God is present and visible in our natural world just as much as He is in our spiritual world. Our special guests, Jarian and Shawna Felton, and Britt Nelson, share their own stories and experiences of how God met their needs and provided help in different circumstances.

All of us face some kind of adversity in life, some kind of need that goes unmet. Where does our help come from? How is God providing help for us in every area of our life, and how should we respond to his help? Pastor Isaac starts our new series by reflecting on how we can both depend on God's help and participate in it.
