Are you ready for the wedding feast Jesus promised? The invitation is still open.
In this message from our Full Plate series, we look at the table that is to come—the wedding feast Jesus describes in Matthew 22. This powerful parable reminds us that God isn’t looking for perfect guests; He’s clothing imperfect ones. Every garment we try to bring—identity, comfort, accomplishments, or our own righteousness—falls short. The King Himself provides the only robe that fits: the righteousness of Christ.
We explore the wedding feast Jesus taught, the wedding feast John saw in Revelation, and the heart of the Father shown in the prodigal son. The message is clear: if the King is still inviting, nobody is too far to come home. And if Heaven is setting the table, the Church should be inviting the guests.
There is a real table, a real Savior, and a real homecoming waiting—and today, God is still clothing prodigals with grace.
Bible Verses:
Matthew 22:1–14
Revelation 19:6–9
Isaiah 64:6
Luke 15:11–24 (Prodigal Son reference)
