When God feels silent, He’s often preparing your greatest “suddenly.”
In this message from our Christmas series The Christmas You Didn’t See Coming, we look at how God often works in silence long before He moves suddenly. Just like the 400 years of silence before Jesus’ birth, many of us know what it feels like to wait, wonder, and walk through seasons where God seems quiet. But silence is never absence—God is always preparing, aligning, and working behind the scenes.
We explore how heaven was moving long before anyone could see it: aligning prophecy, preparing Mary and Joseph, establishing roads and language, setting the exact moment for Christ to enter the world. And just like Mary, unexpected change in our lives often becomes the doorway to unexpected grace. When God breaks His silence, He breaks it with hope, light, and the reminder that He is with us.
If you’re in a season of silence or change, this message encourages you to hold on—because silence is often the setup for suddenly, and God always breaks the silence with Jesus.
