When Love got up from the table, everything changed.

In this message from our Full Plate series, we look at one of the most powerful moments in Scripture—when Jesus got up from the table, picked up a towel, and began to wash His disciples’ feet. The world teaches us to be served, but Jesus calls us to serve.

He had all authority in heaven and on earth, yet He chose humility. He showed that real love moves—it kneels, it serves, it gives. “If you want to lead, learn to kneel.” Serving others isn’t about recognition—it’s about reflection, becoming more like the One who first served us.

When we pick up the towel, we’re not just doing good deeds—we’re stepping into our purpose. Because the miracle didn’t happen when Jesus sat at the table… it happened when Love got up.
