My buddy Andy has a better voice and higher reading capability than I do. Thus, I chose him to read the disturbing testimony that Fred Rolando submitted to the Das arbitration panel in 2012. Cohost Andy joins me again to discuss a few zoom meetings we recently attended. We also briefly discuss our thoughts on the current NALC national election, whether actions are more important than words, and other random topics. Disclaimer; at some point I may refer to all candidates as Shi*, that was not well thought out or explained. I simply meant that nobody is a table 2 carrier and thus none of the current candidates represent our perspective.

In this episode we have on Mike Caref to discuss what we have as leverage in the event that he wins the presidency and ends up taking our current negotiations to arbitration. We discuss the comparability factor written into law, the increased safety concerns, and other topics that would most likely come up as reasons we deserve a good contract.

Andy is back on to discuss our local branch meeting and to discuss the recent presidential roundtables.

Today we sat down with Michael Balestra, a fellow table 2 carrier. Balestra is one of many carriers that came to the USPS and NALC a bit later in life so we sit down and discuss table 2 issues from that perspective.

Again, unscripted probably isn't my best version. Today I took the time to chat with an old buddy from college to discuss... whatever. I don't know if anything is useful for carriers, things went a little sideways.

It's been a while! Today I just go over a bunch of random stuff that popped into my head over the last few weeks. Some topics : the national convention, Economics, CLC statements. Any input and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Todays episode is a rant. I need to work on my positivity, but it's hard when you continue to watch the membership get manipulated. In todays episode we talk about the CLC some more. We cover a recent interaction on FATAs discord. We talk about what I view as the CLC's strategy and why I think its bad for carriers. We also briefly talk about contract negotiations and why you shouldn't believe a certain NALC president.

This episode was recorded back in January! I don't even remember what is on it! Andy was new to union stuff and had been a 204b so I wanted to get his take. Hopefully we do some updates if he gets deeper into the union. Also, it was the first attempt at recording with more than one person, IN PERSON and so I'm sorry about the audio quality.

Today we sat down again with presidential hopeful Mr. Caref to finish a few questions we didn't get around to the first time.
