Marty Sutherland is in his 10th season with the University of Iowa baseball program and his sixth as the team’s associate head coach.

 In nine seasons in Iowa City, Sutherland has helped guide the Hawkeyes to 276 wins, two NCAA Regional appearances, the first Big Ten Tournament title in program history, and two Big Ten runner-up finishes.  The Hawkeyes have advanced to the Big Ten Tournament semifinals three times.
