In this week's Movie Date, Rafer explains why "The Bourne Legacy" has no right to use the words "Bourne" or "Legacy" in its title. Kristen does a truly horrendous imitation of Alfred Hitchcock. And Rafer and Kristen try their best to dance around the "things" that Meryl Streep and Tommy Lee Jones do together (and by themselves) in the new romantic comedy "Hope Springs." 

Is "Vertigo" the greatest movie ever made? Is it better than "Citizen Kane"? Can you recall what's great about "Total Recall"? And why are Rafer and Kristen arguing about "Diary of a Whimpy Kid"?

This week: Kristen cheats on Robert Pattinson at the Summer Games while the neighborhood watches. No, that can't be right. Rafer is an expert on Olympic events. No, that's certainly not right, either.

Rafer and Kristen spend about 30 seconds reviewing the newest Ice Age movie, then switch gears to review 15 other movies in (about) 15 minutes. They're calling it their first official Movie Speed Date. Here's the list of movies:

In this special Independence Day week edition, Kristen and Rafer show their patriotism by reviewing three movies. First, they'll look at Oliver Stone's new pot-filled magnum opus, "Savages." It's the story of Southern California pot dealers who refuse to partner with a Mexican drug cartel. Spoiler warning: The Mexican drug cartel's don't take it well.

Then, Katy Perry kisses a girl and there are fireworks in Katy Perry's new biopic, "Katy Perry: Part of Me," starring Katy Perry. Katy Perry, Katy Perry, Katy Perry.

Peter Parker also kisses a girl, but sans fireworks. There are webs and explosions and giant lizards, though. It's "The Amazing Spiderman," a reboot of the comic. This time, Andrew Garfield dons the mask (and takes it off a lot, to just about everybody).

Kristen and Rafer bare it all in this edition of Movie Date...all their feelings about "Magic Mike," that is. The new Steven Soderbergh flick stars Channing Tatum as a male stripper training a young(er) protege. Real life male stripper Joe Mateo--a.k.a. Jay from Hunkamania--joins the crew in studio to let you know how it measures up to the real thing. Can "Magic Mike" withstand the scrutiny?

But before that, Kristen and Rafer host their own TED talk. About the movie "Ted." Get it? Pun! Instead of a high-brow discussion of technology, it's Family Guy-creator Seth MacFarlane's first film.  ...We'll just be in our stuffed teddy bear if you need us.
