Claudia is a Senior Talent Consultant with Atlantic Health System. She has Extensive recruitment experience and in-depth knowledge and interviewing skills for a variety of positions. Claudia serves as the TA Consultant for the Emergency Department Service line for Atlantic Health System. Claudia has also coordinated the new graduate RN program within Atlantic Health System and also support HR Strategic teams, as well as Open House / Open Interview Day initiatives. She also has extensive experience sourcing Passive candidates, and developing Strategic Recruitment initiatives for Atlantic Health where she has worked for the past 20 years.

Claudia is an Active member of NJAHR and NAHCR, serving as Immediate Past President for the New Jersey Chapter and now serves as President of NAHCR.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HRCI.

The mom of two finds her greatest joy in spending time with her husband Miguel and daughters Angela & Natalie at the Jersey Shore where they live.
