So when he told me his new book was about winning the side chic, I knew it was going to be a powerful conversation.

My little experience

Some of us think holding on makes us strong, but sometimes it is letting go. Letting go is incredibly difficult. No matter if we cling to worries about the future, or if we keep replaying the mistakes of the past again and again in our mind,it can be quite painful when you have difficulties to move on. The desperate attempt to hold on to the things that were familiar to us limits our capability to experience happiness and joy in the present moment.

It takes determination to see a dream come to pass. The question is not will you start, but will you finish.

If you see challenges as valuable ‘lessons’ which will make you stronger as a person, you’ll see them as an opportunity for personal growth as opposed to something to be feared that’s going to really test your mettle.
