Our guest Liz Simmons is on a mission to help people living with low vision or blindness to cook with confidence. 

To this end, over the last four years, she and her husband Garry have built a kitchen-cum-TV studio and equipped it with all of the latest accessible cooking technology.

Liz now runs a video channel called ‘My Talking Kitchen’ which is full of recipe ideas and cooking tips for people living with a vision impairment.
