This episode touch on me as a person that struggles with mental health and being a single parent and still trying to coexist into a world where we think that accommodating other people or stating things is normal so this is a mind of a person that struggles with day-to-day living hope you enjoy be blessed and not stressed

Just basically going over my value on myself we have to say things out loud and address what could be the elephant in the room and for me I chose I don't give a crap Thursday is because I care to a certain extent but I have to let it be known that my healing is no gain for anyone to take advantage of it's a healing so I can do better with me and my children and so they can have long revenue of Love support and wealth you guys like I always tell you be blessed not stressed we going to be all right have a good day

Looking back and dealing with it is an adult and seeing why I need to look back so I can be able to heal and continuously work on the now I hope you guys enjoy this episode y'all guys be blessed and not stressed
