Traditional taxicabs ruled the roads when it came to personal rides for hire. That is until Uber launched in 2009, and then Lyft in 2012, essentially putting a large dent in revenue for traditional taxicab businesses. Felix Schneur, owner of Metro Cab, the largest taxi-cab fleet in greater Boston, joins us to discuss how business is bouncing back and the way the industry has changed since the emergence of ride share services.
