Today's tea is a really special conversation with my friend Ebony P., who also goes by Res Irie. Enjoy this very potent conversation on emotional guidance, learning to discern, make meaning out of our emotions and also avoid getting attached to them. Ebony and I met synchronistically (of course) at this beautiful cafe in San Diego and we instantly connected. She is definitely in my soul family. Ebony is a black, queer, polyamorous woman who is currently training as a marriage and family therapist. She is passionate about the art of developing and maintaining relationships with self and others. She is here to teach and spread so much wisdom because she believes we are capable of co-creating our own realities and each of us are worthy of creating as beautiful of an experience as we will allow ourselves to have. A part of that co-creation can be using one of the most powerful tools we have, and that is our emotional guidance. She looks forward to being able to assist people in the process of doing that for themselves.
