Today's tea is on riding the ride and enjoying the flow with Kriday. Kriday is a Holistic Coach for Creatives. She has a background in movement as a yoga instructor and a lifelong journey in her own healing, which she now pours into her community. Inner work and spirituality have always called to her and will continue to be her life's work. She specializes in cyclical living and disrupting patterns to evolve into the most radiant embodied version of ourselves. 

Far before starting her yoga business, the ride of life brought Kriday to some low lows and having to create her own tools and systems to pull herself out and cultivate the ability to rely on her spiritual tools.

It's not always about enjoying the ride. We all say that, but the ride is full of bumps, obstacles, but it's also smooth... It's literally everything in between.
