We are talking with Missy about her newly appointed role as Boys & Girls Clubs of Louisiana’s first Chief Impact Officer, a role supporting statewide resource development for all Clubs in Louisiana, in an effort to serve more kids in more communities. Prior to transitioning to BGCLA, Andrade served as the President & CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana from 2018 to 2021. The organization operates six sites throughout the region and serves nearly 5,000 kids annually. Daily, the Boys & Girls Clubs provide programs that provide academic support, leadership development, and education about healthy lifestyles to kids ages 6-18.
