May we never forget where we’re going, or lose our desire to get there.

How does a personal failure become a doorway to hope? By stopping in the midst of it, turning around, and walking back to God.

It doesn’t say we’ll get anything and everything we desire, only that we’ll have everything that is actually to our benefit or welfare.

The presence of our difficulties doesn’t mean the absence of our God. When things go from bad to worse, God is still working behind the scenes.

There will be situations in all of our lives in which the problem and the answer are separated by time. And during that time, God may appear to be silent and inactive.

We call it Good Friday, but why…

Jesus set an example by washing His disciples' feet - but is that really what He wants from us?
