Discipline is never fun, but oh so necessary.  In fact, Scripture says discipline is something in which we can actually hope!

Part 3.  While God welcomes our prayers because He treasures us, and hears our prayers because it’s His nature to do so, He answers according to what He knows is needed, not necessarily what we want.

We live in a culture that seems to have no problem persuading one another to our line of thinking.  So why are we so hesitant to influence others about the one thing that’s truly going to matter when all is said and done?
