Your suffering today may become God’s source of comfort for others tomorrow. 

Just as God did not design food, water, and physical comfort to completely satisfy us now, He likely hasn’t designed the lack of hunger, thirst, and physical discomfort to satisfy us for all eternity. 

Despite the man’s obvious physical needs, Christ first addressed his need for spiritual healing. What should we learn from this?

The story of the healed paralytic teaches us a great deal about the potential impact we have on others, and others have on us. As a result of spending time with you, are others drawn closer to Christ?  Or are you leading them away?
