Do you ever see the hard times you go through as something to be thankful for? I used to never, and the thought of it was laughable to me. I've since realized I have a great deal of gratitude for the trials I've faced.

Isn't it comforting that no matter how much you mess up you have someone in your corner that still thinks you're awesome? I don't know about you, but some days I feel like I can't do anything right.

It's one of my very favorite things to do - build up my colleagues. When things get crazy, over and over, the one thing that has kept me standing is my teacher tribe. They're the only ones that truly know your day to day, so be good to each other.
