October 16, 2017 Episode 12- Evacuation Extendo-Episode with Mr. G and Mr. OG
It's a LONG one this week because we have a lot to debrief about everything happening in my neck of the woods. First, Mr. G. and I talk about our unhealthy obsession with Love and Hip Hop, the insanity of our constant attempts to escape the smoke, and debut our new segment "Married People Movie Reviews". We talk about Blade Runner 2049, which we both loved and nerd out about- hard. Finally, Andres and I recorded an interview with my father-in-law about being the School Board President in a small community and the effect it had on his and his sons' lives throughout the years. It's a little funny, a little serious, and A LOT of minutes. Enjoy, friends!

In this episode I talk to second grade teacher and all around nice human Natalie about her early years as the leader of a snake-hunting club, her decision to shave her head at 19 that was not inspired by Britney, and all the various travels and adventures she went on before settling down to work with seven and eight year olds all day. We also touch on the struggles of being a teen girl, wildlife in the San Francisco Bay, and I suggest some new logo ideas for an organization that 100% did not ask for my opinion.

October 01, 2017 Episode 10- FALLing in Love with Mrs. G.
It's officially fall, people. Target has their Halloween AND Christmas light decorations up, so we know where we stand. This week I share four things that I'm loving this fall including my thoughts on Reading and Writing workshops, my summer vacation plans (too early? I think not), the show that had Andres and I on the edge of our seat, and the book/movie experience that will 100% put me back into therapy. It's another solo pod by me, but was completely necessary because Instagram caption boxes are just too small for all my feels. Enjoy!
