I thought about it and decided to go straight to the source. In this episode, I had a warm, easy-going conversation with my middle son who is a sophomore in high school. He talked honestly about his experiences, feelings and coping strategies and offered some sound advice along the way. I am thrilled to share the reflections of this 15-year-old and believe you will be encouraged by the wisdom and insights that he shares.

Imagine going home from college for Spring break expecting to just breathe, relax and enjoy the one week respite with your family and friends; only to be hurled into a global pandemic.
