Introduction on the Script in Hand Programme, where the Hive Storytellers did their first ever performance. Award-winning author Lorna Windham, working with Community Arts Project North East, has taken the St Hilda’s Pit disaster as an inspiration and created an audio play based on fact but is a fictionalised account. This moving drama will be performed by an amateur community cast who are part of The Hive Storytellers Audio Drama Group.
