So the second time really is the charm!

After my first attempt of recording my podcast here I go.

In this episode I discuss the mental health therapy - eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

I discuss my upcoming treatment using this technique and openly talk through my current thoughts and feelings around this.

These are not comfortable, easy conversations. In my opinion they are necessary.

I am honest with my current emotional state acknowledging I need to "believe" in myself and I am struggling with this.
