The idea is that we’ll discuss more subjective topics and explain what we think makes them good (i.e. books, games, shows, music, etc.). Hey everyone, welcome to the episode where we lose all our church listeners! Hopefully not, but we do talk about the formula of language and why “bad words” don’t really exist. In fact, Mason comes up with a better term for that type of language while arguing for its usefulness. That being said, Stephanie and Mason do go over words that they don’t like and words that they can’t say (and why “bro” should be banned). This is a podcast in which two friends (Stephanie and Mason) recognize their differences in approaching life’s paradigms from their respectively black-and-white and gray viewpoints. We like to talk about group dynamics, self-expression, religious nuance, and social norms. Hopefully by the end of each episode, we hope to show you that people can disagree (even heavily) and still be friends. Or something close to that. In this episode, we discuss why it’s important to look at things from different perspectives depending on the situation, the concepts of “marble friends” and “soul friends,” and why we don’t have many friends.
