In this study of Proverbs 17, Solomon reminds us that trials and tests are a necessary part of our spiritual growth. We all struggle with sin and temptation, but God, in His faithfulness, continues the work He began in us. Pastor Lloyd encourages us to see trials as refining fires, purifying our hearts like silver and gold. Though hardships can be discouraging, Proverbs 17 offers the hope that through them, God is shaping us to become more like Jesus.
