#texasvaluesreport with special guest Matthew Hoffman, Legal Counsel, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), and host Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney, Texas Values
After the Biden administration announced its new Title IX rule, Alliance Defending Freedom worked to file lawsuits challenging various aspects of the rule across several states. Each of these cases has different specifics, but they all have one thing in common: The Biden administration’s radical redefinition of sex and the damage that it causes. These lawsuits are a small portion of ADF’s work to defend free speech and protect women’s privacy and sports.
Below is a list of ADF cases challenging these rules:
[Filed May 21, 2024]: Carroll Independent School District v. United States Department of Education
- ADF represents Carroll Independent School District which operates 11 schools serving more than 8,400 students.
[Filed April 30, 2024]: Rapides Parish School Board v. United States Department of Education
