Full Version Episode 113 Features Philip Tzeng. He Runs a Social Media & Marketing Consulting Company @lasvegasfill with 276K Instagram Followers and 443 TikTok Followers.
The majority of products purchased online and in person are based on reviews. Food is not an exception, and some content creators have their thumbs on their fingers. You can review anything, from fine dining to fast food, but people are fascinated by reactions and find opinions useful.
Every town has food streets or areas known for flavourful treats, multiple food branches huddled together in a small space selling food to an excessive number of people. Step into the excitement and take your audience on a virtual tour of that hard-to-reach location, where you can enjoy tasty-looking chaats, spicy Chinese, and authentic bakery desserts.
There is a part of YouTube chefs who prepare everything from sweet to meat dishes. You could do anything from simply cooking home recipes to incorporating film or focusing on specifics such as recreating food from tv shows, games, or trendy restaurants.
Get To Know Get To Know Philip Tzeng
Philip Tzeng, also known as LasVegasFill, as he covers the social media scene revolving around food, Sin City, and beyond. Philip's favorite way to spend his free time in NV is he tries to balance all the calories ingested with yoga and cycling also loves Korean dramas. His biggest accomplishment is working hard enough to become his own boss, leaving the timeshare industry after over 10 years, and having the freedom to do what he wants, when he wants.
His advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do is to simply start posting and be consistent with it. Give an actual opinion on the food and work harder at editing videos. He fell into this job; this was never the plan he had in mind.

Full Version Episode 112 Features Courtney Sayson. Co-Founder & Creative Director Of Gamer Girls Philippines.
How To Build a Safe Gaming Community? One of the main reasons larger communities, especially those that grow fast, have a higher rate of toxicity is that they don’t curate their community. They focus on having large numbers rather than the safety and well-being of the people in those communities.
Marginalized persons who work to create safe and inclusive spaces often have some of the most strenuous security measures to gain access to their communities. They do this because hateful people will literally go the extra mile to join those communities just to troll and be hateful. Having security barriers helps to understand who is asking for access to your communities.
Having a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech should be a given, but, again, too many people don’t know what hate speech is outside of racial and gender-based slurs.

Full Version Episode 111 Features Abby Asistio. Singer and Songwriter, Alopecia Awareness Advocate with 24.9K Instagram Followers.
How To Persevere And Stay Motivated! There aren't many instant successes. Most people must put in the effort, dedicate the time, and travel the distance. Your desire for success should drive you to push yourself harder, believing that one day you will succeed. Your perseverance sets you apart from the crowd. Perseverance is easier when you have a mental picture of where you want to go.
Similarly in life, we need to have a mental map of what we want to achieve and accomplish in both our personal and professional lives. A written down and clear vision helps you to be organized and it helps in aligning your short term-term and long-term goals and activities. What you want to achieve should be very clear in your mind then you find a way to get you from here to there.
When you require assistance, ask for it. Have a trusted good friend with whom you can talk, open up, and share your feelings. Sometimes just talking it out can help, it can also stimulate brainstorming for solutions and idea bouncing. Surround yourself with a network of supporters who will be your cheerleaders, such as family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors. This team will encourage, support, and cheer you on as you approach the finish line.
Take a moment to reflect on and appreciate the progress you have already made whenever you feel overwhelmed and anxious about how much work and time it will take to complete the big picture.
3. Motivating Yourself
Negative thoughts are the second worst offender of progress; inaction is the first offender of progress. Negative self-talk causes cancer to spread. When faced with disappointments, many people give up too soon. Negativity wishes for you to feel sorry for yourself and doubt your ability to succeed. Consider yourself in a positive and kind light.
Recognize everything you like about yourself. Everyone has something unique to contribute to the world. Avoid the trap of believing that if you fail at one thing, you will fail at everything. Struggles are an inevitable part of life.
Abby Asistio is a singer-songwriter who originates from the Philippines. Her new sound "Modern Kundiman" captures smooth and gentle rhythms, honoring the genre, "Kundiman." Abby's also a vocal advocate for Alopecia and women's empowerment. She tells her story through music to inspire others to embrace one's uniqueness and beauty.
Also, she’s one of the new breed of young artists to join Manila Genesis Entertainment & Management Inc. she recently released her debut, a self-penned single titled “Beautiful” which was arranged by Jay Durias of South Border. The single’s music video is directed by Joaquin Valdes and is currently enjoying massive airplay on Myx as well as on Manila’s hottest radio stations.
One day, Abby decided there was no more hiding. In September 2012, she took a stand and embraced her baldness. Together with her good friend Jing Monis, she shaved her head and began an Alopecia Areata Awareness Month Instagram campaign in which she invited friends and family to pose with a double “A” sign using their fingers. The campaign grew to success and to date has over a thousand photos. On September 25 of the same year, Abby did a coming out concert where she performed bald in public for the very first time.
Last year she was highlighted as one of the top 41 best vocalists on The Voice Of The Philippines as one of its chosen contestants out of thousands of aspirants. Also a finalist of the Dove Real Beauty Campaign and one of Meg magazine’s 30 Young Achievers, she made it one of her life goals to be a voice for those with alopecia areata. Abby was honored to be chosen as a brand ambassador for Novuhair. This new platform will help her to continue her advocacy to share her music and life story.

Successful entrepreneurs arise from different gender, race, ages, and income levels. They differ in experience and education. They include determination, leadership, flexibility, creativity, self-confidence, passion, and ‘smarts’.
You become an entrepreneur when you start your own company. However, we can’t define the process from start to finish because you must take many more actions before you start your company to become a successful entrepreneur.
If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, you have to challenge yourself. No one else is going to push you, so it’s up to you to do it. Challenges keep entrepreneurs nimble and on their toes. If you’re constantly looking for the next challenge, you’ll always be prepared for what comes your way.
If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? Being a successful entrepreneur means that you’ve learned to listen to your intuition and rely on your wisdom when making decisions.
Your ability to trust and believe in yourself will show your confidence. People are more likely to follow and trust confident leaders. Trusting in your own skills will also take some of the pain of uncertainty out of being an entrepreneur.
Seeing the goal as already complete in your mind's eye is a core technique used by the world's most successful people. Visualization is effective because it harnesses the power of our subconscious mind.
