MSU football coaching search should heat up - but can a school get it right and stop with the mega contract for nothing but having a name? Better late than never... and the wait means plenty more to talk about from the Jimmy suspension 2.0, to the MSU house of hoops horrors, B1G football to B1G hoops final previews, and an epic mailbag.

It's spooky season, snow and all! Plenty to talk about as we hit the sports equinox this week, CFB is cranking, CBB is about here, and the Lions are back to winning. MSU football is trash but is one shocking coaching hire away from washing this season away in a blink...

Move along, nothing to see here... says the Spartans fans with an abomination of a "team" AND our rival who beat us and is also mired in a very smoky and soon to be flaming hot cheating scandal. Plenty to share including more B1G hoops previews and a run around the NFL.

On a week there should be one game, one epic rivalry of hate in mind, neither of your TFS hosts care. Yep. After another debacle - this time in Piscataway, the Spartans welcome Michigan to town and hope to keep it under four TDs. The good news is we had plenty else to talk about... a wild weekend in the NFL, more B1G hoops previews, and a great sprint home.
