A New Year's resolution is a tradition in our society where people are motivated to change an undesired trait or behavior, accomplish a personal goal, or improve their life in some way at the start of a new year. In this session, we discuss setting new goals (both individually & in relationship) and how to track progression. Some goals are micro and some are macro, but communication can be the key to staying the course.

I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and everything I believe to be the truth ... "cause I keeps it REAL!" In this session, we examine honesty in a relationship and the value of truth. Is honesty always necessary? The answer would have to be "Yes," if honesty is "always the best policy." Are honesty and truth the same thing? Communicating within a relationship can be challenging on a "normal" or routine basis. But this year, we've all had to deal with the obstacles brought about from the COVID-19 pandemic.
