Damon is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Socio-Emotional Coach based out of New York City with over twenty years’ experience working with youth and families with the last 13 years he has worked as a therapist. He currently works for the City of New York as a Counselor connecting people and families to services for counseling and/or substance use , as well as a Clinician at Heartshare St. Vincent in their Mental Health Clinic servicing clients from 6 years of age to 60 years of age and he is a Transformative Mentor for Young people with a criminal justice history in the Arches program at Friends of Island Academy. Damon enjoys working with both adolescents and adults helping them to work through their Socio-Emotional concerns as a Socio-Emotional Coach where he helps them develop coping skills, relaxation techniques and the needed skills to manage everyday life in a progressive way.

Now fourteen years after being declared an orphan, Kenisha Nichelle attributes her grief recovery to counseling, journaling, daily affirmations, a change of scenery, living out her passion for sports, and, most importantly, her faith in God.
Kenisha is a Certified Life Coach, specializing in Grief and now shares her testimony of overcoming grief with others through inspirational messages and guides them through the grief journey with recovery resources and services.
