Haman hated Mordecai and the Jews so much so, that he gave money to the treasury of the king to have all Jews killed. That was pure racism. If all he wanted was to lynch Mordecai then it could be said that it was a personal matter, but he wanted every Jew, throughout the nation to be killed by other Gentiles. Mordecai’s hatred was based on race and flesh. God’s hatred is based on sin and character. It’s understanding the difference between man's hatred and God’s that will make the difference in one’s life and where they will spend their eternity.
