We're all here for ONE reason...
To lose weight and keep it off!
But if you are a woman of a certain age...
You probably already know that sometimes that feels like it's easier said than done.
Am I right?
You've been there done that...tried this, tried that...succeeded...failed...succeeded...and failed again.
It's a never-ending cycle of lose...gain...lose...gain.
But it doesn't have to be that way.

It's not just the food...
It's not just the workout...
It's not eat less and move more.
It's time to start thinking beyond...
What do I need to eat?
Or what do I need to restrict?
Or how many calories do I need to burn?
A lot of that is a slippery slope...
