The transgender movement continues to put women at risk when staff in a women's shelter allow a transgender pedophile to stay there. In addition, feminists continue to double down on the war on men. The new feminist movement seems to be focused on fighting against men when the biggest threat right now is how the transgender movement is reducing the value of women to a wig and a body suit. Finally, I tried to commission a survey to gather insight into the trans community and it was canceled. Ok so let’s get down to it, in my last video I made a comment that, in spite of all of the gaslighting coming from the trans community, we all know that trans women are not real women (you can check that video by clicking on the link in the top left). We know this… But I wanted to know this for sure. I wanted to point at the numbers so that we aren’t just confirming each other here. So I commissioned a survey. I contacted a survey company and went through the process of distributing a survey to the US general population. After setting up my survey, they contacted me and asked me to revise my question because they felt that it was a sensitive topic. Which it is, let’s be fair (I get that). After making the changes, they emailed me again saying that they “have considered this survey to be politically sensitive and hence we would be taking down the survey from the platform”He was first charged in 2018 with assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a grocery store bathroom and filming another one. Obviously, this is disturbing, but this isn’t a 100% trans issue. This is first a criminal issue, and second, it is actually a broader cultural issue about how we safeguard women and childrenThis brings me to my next point which is that the feminist movement seems to have pivoted off its original path. The feminist movement should be focused on bettering women, but instead, its focused on tearing down men. Listen, I am a feminist. We should all be feminists. To even remotely imply that women don’t deserve everything that men have, is almost criminal. However, that’s not what the new wave of feminism is. New-wave feminism is about tearing down men. Last week Julie Bindel (a UK feminist) doubled down on her attack on menData from different surveys indicate a high prevalence of domestic violence against women in all societies. In western countries, it is estimated that about 25% of women experience intimate partner violence over their lifetimes. A lobotomy, is a form of neurosurgical treatment for psychiatric disorders that involves severing connections in the brain's prefrontal cortex. The surgery causes many of the connections to and from the prefrontal cortex, to be severed.The treatment was used mostly as a cure for depression, OCT, and schizophrenia. We now know more about these conditions and, as an example, research is starting to show that depression may actually have as much or more to do with your environment than your brain. Nonetheless, it’s most certainly not cured by carving up your frontal lobe. Researchers from the University of Essex have published a controversial study suggesting men are the true victims of gender inequality – with women at an overall advantage.The paper, published in 2019, claims to have found that men are, on average, more disadvantaged than women in 91 out of 134 countries, which is about 68% of countries studied and includes – Great Britain, Canada, and the US.Before you crucify me, this isn’t the only place where this controversial idea has been called out. As the World Bank put it in its most recent Global Gender Gap Report, the current standard for measuring inequality is the World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Index. “The index rewards countries that reach the point where outcomes for women equal those for men, but it neither rewards nor penalizes cases in which women are outperforming men". That means it’s effectively a measure of women inequality and ignores men inequality, which is clearly only half the picture.This stuff is super interesting and very important. If advocates for women equality truly want to achieve it, they need to look at the full picture. In this episode we’re going to look at some of the ways that men are behind in equality.The purpose of this episode is not to say that men have it worse than women. Although some measurements do illustrate that like the Basic Index of Gender Inequality (BIGI) focuses on three factors -- educational opportunities, healthy life expectancy and overall life satisfaction. The purpose of this episode is to uncover some of the ways that men aren’t equal and to remind us that if we are going to say that we haven’t reached equality for women, we need to be careful that we aren’t saying that we have reached equality for men, because that is certainly not true.
